Please read carefully the registration guidelines and understand registration process on the below.
Participants attending the conference are advised to make pre-registration through the conference website in order not to miss the advantage of the reduced registration fee. Deadline for pre-registration is 26 September 2012. After the deadline, on-line registration will not be available.
*Above registration fees include all conference activities: scientific sessions, welcome reception, dinner, admittance to exhibition area, coffee breaks and congress kit.

A confirmation of registration will be sent you automatically via e-mail upon receipt of your completed registration form and the full payment. The payment receipt can be printed immediately after completing the online registration
A request for cancelling registration must be pre-notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail or fax.
Cancelling registration by phone is not accepted.
To transfer registration fee to another is not allowed.
Refunds will be made after the conference. Not be accepted and processed on site at the meeting. If you have any questions regarding the registration, please contact the ICDM 2012 secretariat (E-mail: diabetes@kams.or.kr).

Cancellation and refund policy
The organizing committee will refund the registration fee according to the following policy. A request for cancelling registration must be pre-notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail or fax.
